HEALING

Frequency healing is a holistic modality that activates the subtle body’s to allow for healing on all levels. The frequency of the energy brings light and information that strengthens and enhances the self-healing abilities of body, mind and spirit.

My journey in healing

Since the day that I understood that everything is energy, I have been playing with it. What can I do with energy; what can energy do with and for me and for other people, for the universe?

I found out that I can help people with pain issues and stress related problems; I can calm down overly excited kids and dogs.
It works on all levels of a human being; mentally, spiritually, physically.
It is not necessary to put my hands on people and it works from a distance as well, mostly even better. Also, energy healing is not about healing just one single problem, or a specific disease; it is about the whole being, the underlying message, rebalancing, rejuvenating and connecting the whole; in order to be whole again.

I have been working as a healer since 2000 and every healing is different. Everyone experiences it in her or his own way. It is again a confirmation that there is so much more than only that which the eye can see.
My journey in healing was and is about recognizing, accepting and connecting with energy frequencies without expectations; only with gratitude and trust.

Distance healing

Distance healing can be done in any country around the world. Usually 1-3 healing sessions are suggested, the same as a session in person.
Distance Healing has been reported as effective as healing in person and sometimes even more!
We can agree on a time when you can find a quiet place to relax for 30 minutes and let go.

Energy Healing

Frequency Healing is facilitated hands-off while you rest fully dressed, face up on a massage table.  It is recommended to close your eyes and become the observer and notice what happens. Be the witness, notice whether you notice something or nothing.
Generally 1-3 sessions are suggested with 1-7 days in between each session.
